An alternative to single use plastic sponges. Perfect for anyone aspiring to a zero-waste lifestyle.

What are they made from?

Konjac Plant Root - the root of a konjac plant and is hard until moistened, when it becomes silky soft.

Vegan alternative to a natural sea sponge which, believe it or not, is actually a living creature!

Why are they fabulous?

Beautifully gentle, even soft enough for babies and great for applying facial washes and even for removing make up.

When you are finished with your Konjac sponge, it is compostable and biodegradable.

The sponge should NOT be wrung out, but should be allowed to dry naturally. As with any sponge, you should replace every 2 - 3 months. Your konjac sponge is compostable.

We use only the finest ingredients, incorporating organic plant oils, organic essential oils, organic plant milks, natural colourants and food grade salts.

All of our organic ingredients are supplied by Soil Association approved producers, so our ingredients are fully traceable.

We never use palm oil and all our products are suitable for vegans.

Our soap boxes are produced using FSC approved paper stock and vegetable ink.

Our bath salts are packaged in glass jars with an aluminium lid and the stickers are fully recyclable.

All packaging is either compostable, such as the corn starch pellets used to protect your products, or fully recyclable. 

Working with Ecologi, we plant one tree with every order.

Orders shall be shipped within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Royal Mail were recently acknowledged to be the “most carbon conscious delivery company” in the UK.

Such a lovely company to deal with and the soaps are utterly gorgeous. Very strongly scented, I leave one open in the bathroom and it’s a fabulous fragrance. I have a lavender one near my bed and I’m sure I’m sleeping better. Beautifully packed, they make a real special wee gift, much better than the usual bottle of wine or box of chocolates. Best decision I have made
