Returns Policy

If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know immediately. We shall gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged item returned to us within 7 days, provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging.

Please quote your name and order number when contacting us.

We shall provide you with a returns address and arrange for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or issue you with a refund. If it's the whole order you wish to return we'll also refund the original delivery charge, but we do not cover the cost of posting back the items.

Refunds may take up to 7 days once we have received your products.

You are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. As we usually aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days it is best to contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If your order has already been dispatched you can return your items unused and in their original packaging to us within 14 days for a full refund. You shall however incur the return postage costs.
